Wonderful news that the Scottish Government announced this month (Sept 2017) that there are plans for a national deposit scheme for bottles & cans!
Not to forget that where deposit schemes are introduced, recycling is over 90% and littering is massively reduced. A big positive step for the marine litter issue here in Scotland.
