With the onset of the COVID 19 pandemic, Wild Planet Explorer’s environmental programme became available online, engaging families in their homes during home schooling, with amazing facts, props and interactive activities they could do with their children throughout the sessions with Wild Planet Explorers, as well as presentations for older children studying environmental topics.
Of course I missed seeing the families and children in person but it amazed me how engaged the children were and that the online launch of Wild Planet Explorers was such a success. As of 2022 I now offer my sessions online to schools, nurseries and families through a new online global environmental education programme. It now means I have the wonderful opportunity to meet even more children around the world and help them understand their role in helping threatened wildlife and habitats around the world.
